Our school facilities

Inclusive Playgrounds
We have many inclusive playgrounds aimed at supporting a range of sensory needs. The diverse sensory experiences available, help our students regulate their sensory responses, improve sensory integration, and enhance their overall sensory processing abilities.
These opportunities help students be in the best zone to learn.
Sensory Room
The Sensory room was introduced to Fisher Road School in 1998. It provides stimulation to the primary senses through seeing, hearing, smelling, touching and moving.
The school has an amazing sensory room where students can relax and enjoy soothing music, multi-coloured lights, aromatherapy and massage.
Hydrotherapy Pool
The program has been specifically developed to meet the needs of our students.
We have a strong focus on swimming and hydrotherapy, making use of our own school swimming pool.
Bike Track and Playground
Students have access to a large oval with fitness and climbing equipment. The bike track is a fabulous space for students to learn to ride bikes.
Food Technology Room
Students can learn a range of skills using our fully fitted out kitchen areas
